Special Mustang Cobra only for Shelby
One of the automotive world legend, Carroll Shelby died in may this year. Ford Dedicated the Mustang Shelby GT500 to remembering the father of muscle car.
Ford said, that the making of this Mustang Shelby GT500 even if rather late, shown that Shelby is loved by many people
Based on Shelby GT500 2013 model, Mustang Shelby GT500 cobra, which used V8 engine with supercharged, come with 850bhp, more powerful from the standard 662 bhp.
This special car was only made 1 unit, the body is made from a special body kit with blue and white strip, and using an extra wide rims with 20 inches diameter.
The Ford Marketing and Sales Vice President Jo Farley said, that Shelby was inspiring many people. That is why ford decide to made a special edition for him
"Even at his 89 year old age, Carroll Shelby still inspired all of us" Said Farley
"This year is 50 year Shelby Cobra ceremony, This only one car we create with so many idea for him to make the real 2013 Shelby GT500 Cobra"
