Car Produsen, Ford recently celebrated the birth of the car to 350 million after 109 years of existence in the world automotive industry. In addition to celebrating those special moments, Ford also announced that the Ford Focus has become the title of best-selling car in the world.

Ford Motor Co. announced that during the first seven months of 2012 there were 522,000 Ford Focus either sedan or hatchback newfangled which have been sold around the world.

With these achievements, Ford also claims that the Ford Focus has become the best-selling car in the world beating the Toyota Corolla and Volkswagen Golf.

Beating Toyota Corolla has become the best-selling car in the world for so long is a feat in itself for Ford.

But according to Toyota, Ford Focus is not the best selling car in the world and has not beat the Corolla because they have actually managed to release 722,000 Corollas worldwide in the first seven months of 2012.

Ford did not want to lose. They then revised the figure, and retrieve data from an independent researcher IHS Automotive body which according to the Wall Street Journal notes 489,616 units for the Focus and 4462,187 units for the Corolla. This figure is the number of sales in the first six months - instead of the first seven months -.

But according to the Wall Street Journal, sales of the Toyota Corolla is actually 603,840 units. That figure is according to sales figures Toyota Toyota in the first 6 months of 2012. The figure also be due Corolla in some countries do not use the name Corolla but another name.
